Getting clear on your goals, then exceeding them

During our meetings, I’ll challenge you, holding up a mirror so you can see from a step or two back. I bring an effective, heartfelt approach so that you move forward more quickly than you might have thought possible, increasing your focus on what is truly important to you. You’ll come out of each session with new perspectives to consider and with work to complete that will move you closer to your goal much more quickly and easily. You’ll be empowered and confident in your choices because you’ll have examined them with your heart and your head.

Creative workshops

One of the greatest things about Workshops is the excitement that comes from sharing ideas. Being surrounded with other creatives while learning is a great boost to action and breaks you out of your routine. We’ll limit groups to a number that allows for dynamic sharing, but also my full attention on participants. Expect all of this and, above all, expect to have fun!

I’ve taught fibre art, mixed media and creativity workshops for 20 years and love offering workshops and courses to people eager to add to their skills and expand their creativity. I offer public workshops and can tailor a workshop for you and your group based on your interest and goals. Your group will be supported every step of the way to engage with the materials, spark new ideas and expand possibilities. I’ll be clear if you need to have some techniques under your belt, or if this is a chance to try things you’ve never done before.

Groups can be virtual or in person.

When I’m speaking to your group

I’ve given talks to enthusiastic groups for over 20 years. Among other topics, I love speaking on creativity: it is not “being good at art”, but is a way of thinking that you can develop, just like you exercise your muscles. Through stories and science, I’ll walk you through the many ways you can expand your creativity for a richer life. I generally speak for 45-60 minutes for standalone talks, either in person or online, and can combine talks with workshops for an immersive experience.

When consulting on Human Resources matters

We’ll establish scope and requirements together, and I will check back regularly to confirm any change in either. We’ll define ahead of time how we’ll work together and I will give you my care and attention, so you can concentrate on your core business. I’ll always give you my best advice and will offer ideas for other resources where needed. Integrity and respect are critical values to me and guide all interactions.
